La Federazione Speleologica Europea (FSE) e la sua Commissione di protezione delle grotte (ECPC) ha il piacere di annunciare che durante l’Assemblea di Budapest, Ungheria, dell’8 maggio 2010, la Charta per la protezione delle grotte – 10 principi per la protezione delle grotte e delle aree carsiche in Europa, è stata approvata come documento di riferimento per la protezione delle grotte a livello europeo.

The European Speleological Federation (FSE) and its European Cave Protection Commission (ECPC) is very pleased to announce that during last General Assembly Meeting in Budapest, Hungary on May the 8th, 2010), the EUROPEAN SPELEOLOGICAL CHARTA FOR CAVE PROTECTION – “10 principles for cave and karst protection in Europe” was approved as a reference document for Cave and karst protection at European level.
Please find enclosed the charta in English and French.

It will be translated in the national languages by each country and hopefully will support your efforts to protect and preserve the speleological heritage for the next generations allover Europe.
