SUI membership grants access to the SUI’s extensive library of Irish caving material.
Currently this is housed in the Geological Survey of Ireland in Dublin. In order to make the material more generally accessible to the membership the material is being scanned to pdf format and is being put up on the Members Only section of the website. As you can imagine this is a rather large task and so it cannot happen all at once! To get the ball rolling the first 7 issues of Irish Speleology are now up on the library section. Look out for further issues as well as the back issues of SUI newsletters and journals of Irish caving clubs over the next few weeks.
