Notes: International conference on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the discovery of Pal-volgyi Cave. Its hundred years of history and other, later discovered large hydrothermal caves of Budapest give an opportunity to summarize and publish the knowledge gathered so far about this special genesis and formations. Also, our aim is to learn about the research and theories related to foreign caves of similar origin.
